1. The Name of the Donor, Pan-card copy of the donor,

Certificates of submission of Tax returns with clear statement in the same for the

availability of such funds.( Be it an Individual or any other group entity),

2. Clear documents of the business ventures of the donor.

3) Abroad Donor must provide his Identification Code.

4) Authorization / Representative Letter by the Donor,on his letter head.

5) LOI by Donor Company regarding offering Donation /CSR.
