my client is looking for a loan of 400 cr at around 3 percent per annum. needs the money in w. collateral being offered is prime commercial land currently valued at around 325 cr. needs the money for five years. during these five years only interest will be payable on a yearly basis . principal will be paid at the end of the five years in exchange of original papers of the said plot along with vacant possession.
